Employee paydays are every other Friday. Each paycheck will include earnings for work performed through the end of the previous payroll period. The payroll period begins on Friday morning and ends two weeks later on Thursday night. Please see your immediate supervisor for the payroll period breakdowns.

Paychecks can be picked up in at the Human Resources office during regular business hours starting on Payday Fridays.

Employees who lose a paycheck should contact the Human Resources department. A replacement check will be issued within three business days after the appropriate banking process is complete. Mt. Rose does not offer pay advances on unearned wages to employees.

Direct Deposit Participants will NOT receive a printed pay stub from Human Resources on paydays. Employees can view and/or print their Direct Deposit pay statements by logging in to the Mt. Rose UKG website. Please click the link below for instructions on accessing your Mt. Rose UKG account online.
