NEW THIS SEASON! We have streamlined the photo submission process. In order to participate in the carpool program, you must first register online here. Once you have created an account, we will verify your employment, and then you can log in and start tracking your carpooling.

To log your carpool, take a selfie with your group, then log in to the carpool program page and upload your photo. Each person in your group will need to have an account and will need to log their own carpools to get tracked. We are no longer tracking every person in the photo.

When you want to redeem your carpool points for rewards, you can email anason@skirose.com to coordinate.

Carpool Program Details

STEP 1 - Account Creation

Registration

Each staff member must create their own individual account in order to participate in the program. Once you have filled out your registration we will verify your account and email you once approved.

Login
After you receive your verification email, login to your profile to access your information, view other carpooling staff members, and to upload your carpool trip photo. Don't forget to check your spam folder for the activation email! If you haven't received it within a week of creating your account, email Anna.

Log a carpool by uploading a selfie with your fellow poolers. We recommend you bookmark the link to log in, then click "Carpool Submission".

Carpool Rewards Tiers*

Carpool Rewards (subject to change) 

  • 5 points = Mt. Rose buff  
  • 15 points = $10 elevation card  
  • 30 points = Swag item (subject to availability, or up to $25 item from retail)  
  • 40 points = $30 elevation card 
  • 50 points = One buddy day ticket 
  • 65 points = One ticket to another mountain through our ticket exchange program. Eligibility level for end-of-season cash redemption 

End-of-season cash redemption 

If you earn 65 points or more throughout the season, and don’t redeem them during the season, you can opt to receive the points as cash on your final paycheck (1 point = $1 cash bonus). Please coordinate with Anna, anason@skirose.com for this option. 

  • You must reach a minimum of 65 carpool points to be eligible for this redemption option
  • Employees must reach their end-of-season date as established with their manager and remain in good standing to be eligible for this redemption option

Raffle bonus

Every carpool you log is also an entry into a series of raffles for a variety of prizes. Raffles to be drawn in January (counting all carpools opening-December), Feb/March (counting all January-February carpools), and April (counting all March-April carpools).
