Pay Day

Employee paydays are every other Friday. Each paycheck will include earnings for work performed through the end of the previous payroll period. The payroll period begins on Friday morning and ends two weeks later on Thursday night. Please see your immediate supervisor for the payroll period breakdowns.

Paychecks are mailed every Thursday before payday.

Employees that lose a paycheck should contact the Human Resources department. A replacement check will be issued within 3 business days after the appropriate banking process is complete. Mt. Rose does not offer pay advances on unearned wages to employees.

Direct Deposit Participants will NOT receive a printed pay stub from Human Resources on pay days. Employees can view and/or print their Direct Deposit pay statements by logging in to the Mt. Rose UKG website. Please click the link below for instructions on how to access your Mt. Rose UKG account online.
